re:publica, May 8-10, 2017 in Berlin: Following the successful anniversary edition re:publica TEN in May 2016 with 8,000 visitors, 770 international speakers from 60 countries and a nearly 500 hour-long program, re:publica 2017 will be back to celebrate its eleventh anniversary next month in the capital city. At this venue, the most important representatives of digital culture will share their knowledge as well as their decision-making expertise and discuss the future of information society in the face of digitalization. On site: a diversified mix of activists, scientists, hackers, entrepreneurs, NGOs, journalists, bloggers along with experts in social media and marketing. The NKF SUMMIT wants to be a "start-up crash course for corporates" and is again dedicated to the question of how established companies and start-ups can best create synergies and benefit from each other. The aim is to help corporates to ensure their future viability in times of digital transformation. The second edition includes big names such as Daimler, L'Oréal and Rocket Internet.
Bits & Pretzels
Founded in 2014, Bits & Pretzels has quickly moved from the local Weisswurst breakfast for founders to the international, multi-day festival for founders, future entrepreneurs and investors. Under the motto "Founder for Founders", the Bits & Pretzels takes place in Munich's Wiesn. The idea: At the conference, entrepreneurs from all over the world meet with young founders to exchange experiences and discuss trends.
